Telephone Closets
If you are having problems with your telephone system that require a technician to access the telephone closet, the technician must check-in with building security who will contact the tenant representative. Once the technician’s credentials are verified at the security desk and approved by the tenant an authorized building staff member will be sent to open the telephone closet. This policy protects your company, as well as your fellow tenants, by ensuring that the telephone closets are secure, and are only accessible by authorized personnel. This same policy applies if your electrical contractor needs access to an electrical closet.
